I bought this item for a rental property. It came super fast and was easy to set up. I am happy with this purchase. I gave this item 4 stars because the battery life doesn’t last long between charges in my opinion but aside from that it has great quality and gets the job done.

Overall I wanted a doorbell with a camera since we don't have a doorbell, the quality is good, and I have nothing to complain about the app is very simple to use, the notifications as always up to date whenever someone's at the door or ringing th3 door. It's a functional camera! The quality as well is great I'm able to see alot and even zoom in to see everything, security and size definitely worth the money , I also like how the subscription is only 32bucks for the whole year! What I wasn't expecting: 1. The product took about a week to arrive, originally it said it could be delivered the following day. However I am patient and so in return I expected a high quality product--uhm 2. The product did not connect to my WiFi (which was enabled with both 2.4 & 5GHz connections bands prior) until I (a) renamed my WiFi, (b) unplugged the router and (c) restarted my Xfinity service... took about 2 hours of repeating that.🤦♂️ 3. The product has the MOST ANNOYING voice and the frequency is quite ear-piercing... why, just why do that to us. 4. The product records video when it detects motion, we knew this from the beginning. But they don't let you VIEW the video until after you subscribe to their 180 day or 360 day subscription package.. which both cost ~$30...for either (make it make sense why would anyone buy the 180-day?), marketing-wise, its good they left this part out. Ethically, I would not recommend this to product to anyone trying to stay safe for $0. 5. The product requires you DRILL into a wall to install it. I rent here, so I just used Command strips but there must be a better way to consider installing this without putting holes in your house. What I WAS expecting: 1. The product has a doorbell Chime. Great. However it requires a USB plug-in to function, c'mOn. I plugged into my WiFi router. 2. The product records video and saves it to the "cloud" - I'm not sure about the security of this "cloud" however and the only other option is to download every video to local storage... manually. 3. The product is Wireless. Great! We'll see how long the battery lasts--it uses a USB type A charger so my hopes are relatively low considering most modern electronics use USB-C. Regardless of the.. technical concerns with this thing, I appreciate having a doorbell and some level of security, so thanks! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For the price of this doorbell camera it's beyond my expectation. Easy set up and loud enough to hear and great over all quality. Only thing is with wifi it lags a few seconds but not to bad. great picture quality
