I approach this review from two points of view: a) overprotective bunny mom and b) new grad veterinarian. On the overprotective bunny mom side, these have to scent, they aren’t harmful wood shavings and they are easy to clean. On the veterinarian side, they are well made, relatively safe if the buns choose to ingest them and aren’t harmful to the bunnies. I've bought thus a couple of times and it works good. I had to go two weeks once before I could change my rabbits litter box it didn't smell until I dumped it out. I was using pine pellets but do to the smell I had to make a change. These paper pellets do not have a odor to me. My only complaint is the cost. ... show more

I use this for my bearded dragon. It is very easy to clean up and I just dump it all and replace it every 6 months or so. It is very nice looking in his tank. It is very dusty when pouring large amounts, but it doesn't seem dusty once it's settled.

Let me preface this by saying I did not know what size box to expect when it only gave pounds of product per purchase. It doesn't look like a lot until you're scooping it out. It's virtually dust-free, no odor, easy to pick up if you drop it on the floor. I mixed a 1:2 ratio with Aspen shavings and this is a nice moisture control for the toilet corners my 2 rats use. Great product, well designed and absorbs well. This company is great and the product is wonderful. However, I find it's a better deal to use recycled paper scraps litter as it comes with much more product for a lesser price and the quantity lasts much longer.
