I am a very light sleeper and I also have to sleep with an eye mask because otherwise I wake up with headaches (one eye does not fully close when sleeping). So this product seemed perfect for what I needed it for. I can now wear this and listen to music, etc to drown out my dogs that love to get up several times during the night to play or my husbands snoring (think of a motorcycle). The mask is really soft and comfortable on my face and I love the fact it does not put pressure on the eyes at all. It does go down on the nose farther than I would like, so I find myself pushing it up a bit which can cause some light to come through the bottom, not too bad though. I found something wonderful to listen to while trying to sleep called "Inner Lotus Music" which is available on Pandora and Spotify. I just blue tooth to my phone and listen to that all night, very calming sounds which help you to relax. I will also say that I could not figure out if it was charged or not, there is suppose to be a light that glows showing it charged and that did not work. So I just charged for a few hours and it worked all night for me. The only real downside is that I am a side sleeper and I found it to be very uncomfortable, my ears started to hurt after a little while so rolled to different sides a lot during the night. These are fairly comfortable and have decently clear sound loud enough to block out noise. as well as block out light. The only challenge is they only have an 8-month life. I have purchased 3 of sets and its almost like clockwork after 6 to 8 months they just stop working.

This is the best pair of sleep eye mask headphones! The buttons are rubber so you can feel them when you have your mask on. Many are not. I’ve tried them and couldn’t figure out where to push. The Velcro strap is nice. I’ve tried others that have a hook you have to get into a loop. It’s impossible to do by yourself behind your head! Finally and most importantly is that this company stands behind their product. I reached out about a year after having their product with an issue and they fixed it. That’s great customer service that we just don’t see anymore. If you are looking for sleep mask headphones. Get these. Nice deep eye sockets. Cool to the face. Best thing ever! Very comfortable. So much easier to use than other brands. Fit is adjustable and great. Sound quality is good. I don’t have pain in my ears from the speakers either. This is the best of the best. ... show more

I love these and have purchased 3 so far. I just would recommend they make the cord for charging more stable. After pulling it out consistently to charge, the wire breaks and is no longer able to charge. But the mask is still good for blacking out light. I would recommend wrapping tape around the connection cord. ... show more

TL;DR: If you're here, you're probably not sleeping right. Buy this device. It works wonders. If you work night shift, you know how unhealthy and deeply unsatisfying sleep is. More accurately, lack of sleep: I would just sit awake in bed, the sun coming up, and wait for it to be time to get ready for work again. I'd doze off three or four times a morning, just barely being able to nap, and by the last cycle of nap-wake up-repeat it would be time to drag myself out of bed. This simple, inexpensive product has almost solved this issue. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but this does better than any OTC medication I've tried to date and doesn't have to be ordered twice a month. Nor will it destroy your kidneys or hormonal balance, and it's side effect free. This is soft, very soft, and once it warms up you can barely even feel it aside from a very slight pressure. Maybe pressure isn't even the right word, it's just kind of "there". If you're a side sleeper like me, don't worry about the speakers: you have enough padding on the inside for it to rest comfortably over the ear. I've tried sleep earbuds before this, and while the noise isolation was much better simply because they're in the ear, this does far better for comfort. Battery life is exceptional. I can get 2 nights reliably on one charge, which only takes about 20 minutes. When I come home, i plug it in, and by the time dinner is ready the device is charged. I never have to worry about it being bricked from a forgotten charge. Audio quality is more than acceptable for the purpose. The speakers are intentionally quiet, as they should be. You don't need a blasting top end for volume with these, you're trying to sleep. Sound is clear, with the same barely perceptible distortion you'd find on any bluetooth device. Any kind of music will be fine, as is my use case. If you're one of *those people* who listens to ASMR, this should be fine, not that I would know after not ever using this for ASMR at any point. Really. I promise. Lastly, if for some reason you decide the bluetooth just isn't for you, it's designed to have the whole system removed for cleaning. So, technically, you could rip the techno-guts out of this and store it somewhere and have a perfectly good normal sleep mask. If you are an insomniac, if you work night shift, or if you just want quiet music at night: buy this device. It's so cheap for what it gets you: drug-free sleep. ... show more
