  • This is the computer you’ve always wanted!
Style: 3600 | 2070
TLDR: The computer runs like a champ, looks good, and was affordable considering similar options. I can’t recommend it enough for gaming. Side note: Skytech’s computers come with a mouse and keyboard. They’re branded with Skytech’s logo and don’t have any digital interface options. However they are rgb and very good quality. If you’re buying a Skytech computer I suggest you try the accessories before buying your own. Longer Story: I’ve wanted a nice gaming computer for a while now, and I recently decided to take the plunge and got the Archangel (RTX 2070 upgrade). Before purchasing, I found myself talking to friends about building one and like previous attempts, I became disinterested. My enjoyment for gaming doesn’t come from the build. I just wanted a good machine, that looked good, and was affordable. Good Machine - The game World of Warcraft has taken way more time from me in my life than I’d like to admit. I’ve played it periodically over the years and recently got back into WoW classic. I was playing on a potato of a computer and was frustrated with its capability even when running a game that came out almost 15 years ago. In comes the Archangel. This computer crushes every game I play on it running 140+ FPS on the highest settings. I’m still just scratching the service but I can’t express how happy I am. It’s literally what I’ve wanted since I discovered computer game when I was a teen. (31 now). I haven’t even been able to tax this thing more than 30% of its potential. As you can probably tell I’m a computer laymen, but I know what looks good and runs well. The graphic capability and processing power of this computer is awesome. WoW classic has never looked better. (Don’t judge me for buying this computer for WoW classic, I have no regrets) Looks Good - obviously looks are subjective, but still... This computer is gorgeous. The white case, the rgb lights and fan, clear glass side. It’s all very stylish and is what I would build if I spent the time actually learning the process. Is Affordable - like looks, this is subjective. This computer was beyond my original price range. But it also performs beyond what I expected. I took quite a bit of time browsing pre built computers. Skytech’s looked the nicest and appear to outperform other computers at similar price levels. I also had a few friends review the computer before I purchased. Each said based off of the build the money I would be saving by building something on my own wouldn’t be worth the time. Conclusion - like my tldr, this computer is wonderful. Performance I didn’t imagine at this price point. To me this computer was a good investment for my future in gaming. It’s powerful enough I won’t have to worry about upgrading anytime soon, but when that time comes the Archangel will be ready! ... show more

  • Best investment ever
Style: 7800X3D | 4090
I first was looking for a good PC that could run high quality games on max settings. I am a heavy war thunder and helldivers 2 fan, so I tried these games on the ultra setting which is the highest. Warthunder, which is a graphics heavy game, ran at a solid 600 fps on max graphics. This is so amazing for top graphics settings and there was no lag. On helldivers max settings, it ran 300 fps consistently for a 3 hour session of mine. The RGB is very bright and beautiful. There is a program that comes on the computer and it runs the ram rgb. But you don’t need to use that. The built in button for rgb is just great. The fans can get a little loud but not enough to annoy your gameplay. Like the sound of the fan is little to zero when idle. And picks up a little bit on hard running games. The WiFi motherboard is wonderful as it connects to the internet very well. If you have good WiFi you will have so much fun. It comes in a very packed container, it’s packed with styrofoam and other padding. It’s really easy to setup, but when pulling out padding, make sure not to pull out a few wires. I pulled a few out and easily found where they went. Very easy to setup. The GPU (graphics card) ran at a heat of 45-50 degrees Celsius which is very cold on very high power games. The CPU can get up to 60 Celsius which is not hot at all in retrospect to other computers. My old computers parts would hit a whopping 80 Celsius when playing some games. But the temperature control is great as the aio cooling system cools the cpu very well. AIO (All, In, One, cooling system.) this means that it is a liquid cooler that you never need to mess with. Please please please don’t mess with the AIO if you get this. The AIO does the work for you. The power supply supplies great power control around the computer. As long as you pay the electricity bills, then you can use this computer. The case has wonderful ventilation and is very animal proof. I have two cats and a dog and they scratch at it a bit and it maintains its appearance and performance. So in conclusion I would get this pc. The pros are 10/.0001 on the cons. The only con I can think of is that you can’t make your own fan rgb presets or at least I don’t know how. For this pc to shine you need a good monitor and good WiFi. With those two criteria you will have so much fun. The ram space is great and 1TB is good enough for lots of games on the storage card. If you have the money, get this product. If you want a good monitor btw get the sceptre 30-inch curved gaming monitor. It has a great price and works SO well with this pc. I hope you get it and enjoy it like I have. Have a good one. ... show more

  • My day 3 review.
Style: 3600 | 2070
I am not typically one to leave a review of a product, but so far I have been very impressed with the Skytech computer. I was nervous to buy a computer from them because I had never heard of the brand name but so far I have been extremely pleased with the computer. Overall it was a great value, it shipped quickly, and arrived on time. It was very well packed for shipping (even with padding on the inside of the tower) and the computer is just very cool looking. It has a nice magnetic swing open case for easy access along with a magnetic dust vent cover over the fan area. The computer even came with a nice wired mouse and keyboard which were nicer than what I was currently using. The computer worked perfectly out of the box and is very fast and stable so far. The computer did not come installed with a ton of random bloatware so that was a nice surprise as well. If I had to be picky and call out a couple of things I didn't love, I would say that the computer tower is very large, with what looks like a lot of empty space inside. It would have been convenient if this same computer could have come in a smaller tower. Secondly the keyboard has a shiny finish on the keys and the see through back lit lettering on the keys is fairly dim which sometimes makes the keys hard to read. Again these are both very minor complaints and neither would detract from my 5 star rating. I didn't give tech support any stars but that is only because I haven't had to use it yet (which is a good thing) so I can't speak to how good or bad it is. Based on my experience so far I would certainly buy another computer from this company and I am extremely happy with the computer so far. ... show more
