Love this product! I bought this one to replace another that I have had for many, many years. The transition from one frame to the other was flawless. Very easy to use very easy to set up, very easy to invite family to send their photos. Highly recommend! Looks lovely on the mantle, gets many compliments. I LOVE this frame! It sits in my kitchen so that every time I am in there I can see my family pics scrolling through. I have bought one for many family members and they love theirs too! It's easy to set up (instructions included) and once you set up your frame's email address anyone you give the address to can send you pictures. If you change your mind about pics, you can also remove them. You can set the speed at which the images rotate as well. There is an upgrade you can purchase that will allow you to add video, but I have not done that. My only wish is that there were more frame color/style options. ... show more

This is a fantastic piece. Have in the living room and enjoy the slide show. Tried another frame brand but returned after having a hard time uploading pictures. Had bought this brand as a gift for someone who loved it and returned the other brand and bought myself the same. Worth every $

I’ve bought several of these for friends and family and am overall satisfied. The touchscreen interface is great, with the ability to scroll backward and forward in the stream and being able to pinch to crop working well. However, we have thousands of photos we want to display and it has very limited memory. Even though it has a USB port, it is non-functional. When you add photos that exceed the memory capacity, it deletes other photos without any indication that it’s happening or giving you an option to choose the photo to delete. The web app is severely lacking as well. There is no way to bulk-delete photos, and it takes many clicks to delete a single photo—very time-consuming. While you can add captions from the mobile app, you can’t on the web meaning you are limited to two-finger typing, a severe hindrance should you want to add lots of captions. As a basic frame, great. If you have lots of photos, I’d look elsewhere. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE my skylight frame. This is my 2nd one to purchase. My other frame is the 10 inch. I really like this one a lot better. The picture is very clear. Photos are easy to load from the app. You want to be careful trying to load to many at once though, sometimes it won't take them. This is a great way to keep up with my grandchild and how quickly she grows. This frame brings great joy having the phots continuousuly scrolling. Please note the back part of the frame was a little more complicated to figure out but we did it. You will not regret buying this product. ... show more
