This portable, affordable and adorable crafting system designed for detailed (plastic backed or wafer-thin) dies and embossing folders up to 2.5 inches wide, including Sizzix 12 inch Decorative Strip dies. The Sidekick will cut a single sheet of lightweight to cardstock paper. Aqua cutting pads and embossing pad makes all Sizzix thin dies and embossing folders up to 2.5 inches compatible and works with other brands' dies.This small roller machine weighs 2 pounds, stands 4.75 inches tall and features a three-year limited warranty. This package contains one Sidekick machine, six Framelits dies, two Thinlits dies, two small Textured Impressions embossing folders and seven stamps. WARNING: Choking Hazard, small parts. Imported.

I opened the box the minute it arrived so I could try this out. The Sidekick is so easy to operate that I was using it within minutes! This kit is such a great way to start since it includes not only the machine but also a set of 8 dies, two embossing folders, and set of 7 stamps. With this one purchase, I have what I need to get started making cards! Note that this is a SMALL machine meant for small projects (perfect for greeting cards). If you are looking for something to cut or emboss for larger projects, you'll need a larger machine. Be sure to read the product description and size specs. I like the simplicity of this machine it’s not difficult to use the cuts are clean but the only thing I see wrong it is it doesn’t cut leather with glitter on it very well this is what I was talking about having to make several passes other then that it works great worth the money and good for a beginner ... show more

I like that I can quickly cut out flowers or what ever I’m working on. I gave it 3 stars because the suction part won’t stick to the table. It still cuts and I like it. It was good value for the money.

I’m loving my Sidekick! I can stay seated when I need to pop out a label, tag, or small die cut for the card I’m making—exactly what I’d hoped for! It’s easy to use and just the right size. My only complaint is that the suction cup doesn’t keep the machine attached to my desk, so I have to reattach it pretty often. Not a deal breaker by any means. ... show more
