Easy to use. Slips on carpet so get a rubber mat. Only thing I dislike is you can't change the tension. Speeds are great though. I need to workout my IT band this is helping. Shipping cost a tad high

It’s easy to use. Although it is heavy - it might weigh some 40 pounds plus which might be a disadvantage for elders with fragile bodies - it has a user-friendly mechanism. I plug it, turn it on, press the on button twice, and presto. It may be expensive, but it is worth the investment.

We bought this for my mobility impaired wife so she could try to strengthen her legs. We went through the offerings on Amazon in this category and I was not impressed with most. It didm’t have a lot of reviews yet, but looked good. As it turned out, the instruction manual was practically unreadable due to the tiny print and poor command of English. The processes described in the tiny print didn’t quite bring the unit up and functioning as it should. The key, though, was the failure of the battery powered remote to function. I put fresh batteries in and tried it. No luck. Okay, try another pair. No dice. Mess a bit with the contacts. Nothing. The unit is pretty much useless for someone like my wife without a functional remote. ... show more
