I ordered this to go under a daybed cushion which was a little bit too soft and I could feel the wood slats underneath. So I ordered this. Make sure you unzip each compartment. There are three of them and let the product air out and inflate by itself for about 48 hours to make it the fullest. Firm cushions, beautifully, well-made, velvet fabric to cover them. After always using inflatable sleeping pads for camping, this pad is a luxury upgrade. Firm enough to support body weight but still soft enough to be comfortable. Very large and awkward when folded, so keep that in mind. Haven’t tried washing yet but so far has held up very nicely!

I got this to put in our bathroom while we acclimated 2 new kittens to the house, so I could sit comfortably on the floor. Worked great for that. It did have an unusual stain/pattern on one of the sections, see the picture. It looked like some sort of liquid spill, but there was no smell, so I just flipped it over. I bought one 3 inch thick roll up mattress and this 4 inch thick Tri-fold mattress for camping for only $10 more and honestly, I wish I had just purchased two of these mattresses instead. It’s easy to put away, very comfortable to sleep on, and the fabric feels velvety soft and high quality.

We had a blow up mattress for sleepovers but it deflated every night to the point our guests were laying on the floor so I went on the hunt for an alternative. This works out so much better!! My daughter wanted to sleep on it the first night we got it to be sure it passed the quality check for her friends to sleep on and she slept a full 12+ hours! Ours did not come with any tears and seems to be great quality. It folds up nicely and even came with a storage bag.     • Decent product marred by stupid packing and shipping

I bought a similar style mattress a few years ago at Wal Mart in Mexico for 400 pesos ($20 US), and it was awesome. Not waterproof, and no carry case, but a solid product. This one starts decently but then it is smashed into a vacuum bag and tiny box. When I received it, I contacted customer support before I even opened the bag because my 31" mattress only measured 25" in the bag. I told them I was afraid to open it because many reviews said it is impossible to repack if it needs returned. To Sinweek's credit, the rep assured me I could return the product to a Lowe's or UPS Store without repacking, and even sent a shipping label before I opened it. Once unpacked, it expanded. It says allow 3 days to inflate before using. It has been 3 months and the cushions are still malformed. Hence, the cushions never fit together snugly. Further, the mattress is only 3.6" thick, not 4" and the corners of some are only 3.25" because of the way it was smushed. The cover is paper thin and does have one inch of seam not sewn, and a tiny tear, which shall have company soon, I fear. The zippers are ok. Some reviews say there is no handle on them, but they are wisely packed under the cloth and can be accessed easily. It is quite firm, which is awesome. I'm 6'3" and 200 lbs, and I can only touch the floor if all my weight is on a knee or elbow; laying down offers great support, except where the cushions are not snug. I think if you order this, a lot depends on how long it has been packed and stored into a smushed bag. I kept it because it is better than the soft bed I have available, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another brand, which all seem to have the same concerns. I understand storage and shipping are probably the biggest expenses in selling this product. But their solution, frankly, ruins a decent product. ... show more
