I’m not crafty or a professional by any means, but everyone needs a sewing machine!! I grew up using my mom’s Singer and this is the perfect transition machine for me. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to port around. I prefer the mechanical machines to the computerized ones because I feel they are more reliable and easier (and cheaper) to troubleshoot if anything would go wrong. This machine has so many stitch options and configurations, and is so easy to switch between them. The needle threader is amazing, and I’ll never be able to go back to threading manually again. Overall just a really solid, quality machine for the average person. Comes with a dust cover and several other accessories. Exactly what I needed! ... show more
