  • Pressure washer
Style: 3400 PSI CRX210
Terrific value for a powerful and versatile pressure washer from Simpson. The compact unit is the perfect size for home use and has all of the cleaning power of larger units. The washer produces 3,400 psi of pressure for excellent cleaning ability. The washer is easy to assemble and comes with everything needed except for gas. I like how the detergent siphon tip produces a high quality foam that clings to the surface. The unit has ample power for use with rotary surface cleaners. ... show more

  • I will never use an electric pressure washer again!
Style: 3400 PSI CRX210
So out of the box this washer is pretty basic - no accessories other than 4 nozzles. I added some stainless steel quick disconnects, a 50 foot hose extension, a cheap foam cannon, the Simpson in-line pressure regulator, and a 15 inch surface cleaner. This is a bargain and worth every penny even without those accessories. The power is amazing. The engine started on the second pull. It is relatively quiet for a gasoline engine. I ran it through 2.5 gallons of gasoline in about 4 hours of continuous operation with zero issues. There is some preparation required before the first use - the big one is you need to add oil - which is included in a pre measured pouch - to the engine crankcase Do this before putting any gasoline in the tank and give the engine several pulls to lubricate things. Also, before you start the engine, connect the pump to the supply hose and turn on the water. Remove the nozzle from the spray wand and squeeze the trigger to purge and prime the pump and high pressure hose - this can take a few minutes to fully purge out the air. Once purged, make sure their is gasoline in the tank, the throttle is open, the fuel valve is open, the choke is closed, the kill switch is on and give the starter a pull. Once the engine has started, pull the spray wand trigger again to fully purge the pump. It may look and feel like the pump has low pressure - keep squeezing the trigger and give it a minute. You will hear the engine bog down and suddenly there is pressure. Add the spray nozzle and go to work! The only issue I had was mounting the spray wand holder. It he mounting hole is partially blocked by the “apron” between the handles. I had to loosen the Torx screws of the apron to get enough clearance for the bolt to go in the hole. Once it was through, the apron screws could be tightened up again. And the holder holds the wand very securely if you insert it and twist it to snap it in place. Maybe the newer machines have a redesigned holder based on other reviews stating the holder was “worthless”. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend this machine - it is more than adequate for home use. The build quality is very good, the frame is strong, the engine is great, and the performance is awesome. Hopefully it lasts years with moderate use. ... show more

  • Power Washer is AMAZING! Surface cleaner attachment.. is not.
Style: 3400 PSI CRX210 + Surface Cleaner
I have a Dewalt electric power washer with just over 2000 psi that just didn’t quite have the power needed to clean all of my sidewalks and driveway, so I upgraded to this. It was exactly what I needed. Tons of power, runs great, starts easy, very light and easy to move around. However, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST not buying the surface cleaning attachment bundle. It was AMAZING for the first 5 minutes until it suddenly started spinning super slowly and just making crazy lines on the sidewalk. Checked YouTube. And a ton of people had the exact same problem. It says up to 3700 psi, but that’s incorrect. 3300/3400 psi is too much and the pressure bends it to where it no longer spins like it should, making it totally useless. I would highly recommend buying this power washer, but buying a different surface cleaning attachment elsewhere. ... show more

  • Good Start-Up, Runs Smooth, Adequate PSI and GPM
Style: 3400 PSI CRX210
Purchased the SIMPSON Cleaning CM61083 Clean Machine 3400 PSI Gas Pressure Washer, 2.5 GPM, CRX Engine model. Box and packaging very good; although I noticed a little engine oil had stained the box. The understanding is that the power washer is not supposed to have any fuel or oil out of the box. However, there is a minute amount of oil in the chassis; likely for parts lubrication and testing. Unit came partially assembled. In order to mount the sprayer wand holder; needed to take off the front metal apron in order to slide the wand holder bolt through the handle bar. No big. The Quick Start/User Documentation was half a dozen loose papers with instructions in English, French, and Spanish. Appears to be a number of blank pages; page 10 of the English instructions is blank (missing specifications page). But you can interpret from the French and Spanish pages. In a nutshell, the instructions are sufficient for assembly and startup, but leave much to be desired with regard to power washer maintenance information. Best to YouTube the power washer to get tips on operation and maintenance; particularly regarding water pump preservation operation and unit winterizing/storage. Please see the before and after pic of my first job with the power washer. Together with the LidoDola 15 inch Surface Cleaner (also purchased on Amazon); made quick work with excellent results cleaning my driveway. The power washer ran strong and smooth. Very Satisfied. A disclaimer (see pic) came with the paperwork. It speaks to "...something different about your machine..." that "...look(s) different..." A bit cryptic. I believe this is in reference to a metal throttle which is shown on the display unit advertised on the Amazon page. The throttle is missing in the unit you actually get. So "something different" is probably actually something not provide; perhaps part of a variant product? The manufacturer can do a much better job explaining the difference. Just explain the reasoning upfront so customer's don't get the impression that there is some kind of bait and switch going on when you get your power washer. In any case, the power washer works just fine in spite of it being "different." I found a strange pin (see pic) loose and by itself at the bottom of the packaging box. I have no idea what it is. Doesn't appear to be part of the unit? Maybe it's to clean the nozzles, but no info provided to explain the use. Great product so far !!! ... show more
