I should have looked at the measurements before I ordered. It’s very small. It does put off a lot of light though. It does not come with a bulb so you’ll need to buy candelabra 40W bulbs.

This was much smaller than I was expecting. Turned out okay since my night stand is also small, but I thought it would be a little bigger. It takes "nightlight" sized bulbs so it won't light up your room or anything, but is great for just a reading light or to get up at night without having to turn on the overhead light. When you try to use it, it blows the bulb out and trips the breaker! I didn’t need it super bright because it was supposed to be a nightlight in the entryway, so I used the lowest watt bulb I could find and it still blew the bulb out and tripped the breaker. And it did this in several areas of the house. I wasted 3 bulbs before I started getting scared it might start a fire, so I gave up and returned it. Scary! ... show more
