I use these on each side of a entertainment cabinet and they really look great. Received compliments on them even. I needed smallish stylish but not obtrusive lamps and these are exactly that, perfect. Not heavy or robust but prefect for what I needed. If I broke it, I'd buy them again.

It's a very simple and basic lamp that works fine. Mechanical switch feels firm; can't say about it's long term quality; I'm using a smart bulb on this and so won't be controlling it that way.
