It was thrown around in the package a bit and lost quite a bit of the original soil but I planned on repotting it when it arrived anyway. I'm sure it wasn't the packagers fault because it was well taken care of, it was the mail handlers that was rough with it. Anyway it is still beautiful and worth it. Cute little plant that as worked well in my daughters terrarium. It's shown some growth in the bowl. Have not had any trouble at all with it in the bowl. I have some others that she picked out from Amazon as well that were labeled for terrariums and they have grown really quickly and got up to the lid pretty fast. I would expect plants labelled for a terrarium to maybe be slow growing so they don't get out of control in the small terrarium space. This one didn't grow crazy on her. ... show more

I’ve ordered several plants off Amazon and have always been satisfied. This one however arrive and it looked really sad. It was a lot smaller than pictured, and the plants didn’t look all that healthy. I ended up finding the same plant at Loews for less than $4, and their plants were more lush and healthy. I’m returning this, definitely not with the $11 when I can buy it for less and better quality somewhere else. (Black pot is the Lowe’s plant, terocotta pot is the one from Amazon). ... show more

Beautiful plant, came lush and healthy. Had a few new leaves die off the first couple days but i think that was my fault. Make sure to keep an eye on this plant, mist once a day and water once a week for best results! Named him Nerven.
