The package came in pristine condition with all of the extras inside the Silhouette Cameo box itself. It was very helpful to have all of these mats and tools. The software has a learning curve if you are inexperienced, but I think it's a great product. Definitely skewed more towards designers. My complaint so far after just receiving it is that the pull out for the roll, the cutting bar, and the lid are very flimsy. You must be careful with them. I do really like how compact this is and it's also not very heavy, which is nice. It's easy to move around the house. I did a test cut of a design I made, and it worked excellent. I used cardstock 65 lbs and the autoblade and it worked great. Very impressed. ... show more

I ordered a silhouette cameo 4 plus just over three months ago and have not been able to make one single cut with this. I unfortunately sold my cricut maker to get this for the wider 15” cuts. The customer service is non existing and I just read about the Amazon A to Z third party seller refund guarantee. I am going to get in touch with Amazon next because I have been emailing this company as well as silhouette America since I got it on 8/31. When you spend over $400 for an item one would at the very least think that a simple phone call would be in order. Get a cricut maker from some other company. Cricut has amazing customer service and I never had an issue with that machine ... show more
