Description

The Sierra Comfort Low-Level Portable Massage Table (SC-1004) is a unique portable massage table with extra width designed to be closer to the ground. The beech hardwood frame and 2” of high density foam allows for a lightweight, yet durable design. The double support wires and threaded support bar add stability to the frame. The adjustable table height includes 9-points of adjustment, ranging from 16.5” to 24.5”. The table conveniently folds in half to allow for easy transport and mobility. The SC-1004 is a perfect solution to fulfilling your massage therapy needs. Please note; the SC-1004 table does not include any accessories. Any added accessories must be purchased individually.

First time buyer of any piece of equipment like this. Needed to work on stretches and low-impact exercises. I am 76 years old, and it was easy to set up and easy to take down. It is heavy so I can’t carry it around easily, but the weight is what makes it so functional. I would buy it again.

The table is a good size and I like the lower height but I was dissapointed that the item arrived with a crack in the wood. They pre drilled in the screws and this created a crack in the leg. My guess is the table is not going to last long.

    • Great Table, I couldn't ask for anything more.
This table is everything I hoped it would be. It seems very solid and sturdy. It folds easy and latches shut with feet on the side that the folded table will stand on and a convenient carrying handle. I bought this for back exercise. Personally I didn't use it much when I involved having to get it out and put it back away, but now that I'm able to have it set up in a convenient location I use it daily. It makes my back exercises super easy, comfortable, and convenient to do. This is no longer in stock but I'm still posting the review because this brand is still available. I don't recall all the tables I looked at. I chose this one because it was about as long as they come, and I am tall. It includes a removable headrest too. For my exercises my knees are bent so it turns out I don't need the head rest. It uses wooden dowels, that my son could probably break if he sat on the head rest, so I'm happy to not need it regularly. It is firm and comfortable which is exactly what is needed. This one is probably wider than others, which is certainly a preference of mine. I don't have to have myself on it just perfect or be mindful of shifting over as I might have to on a narrower model. My arms can rest to my sides. There's not much more to say about it really. It is exactly what I hoped for. I don't think it could store any more easily, but with a busy schedule any extra steps are almost too much. I have spondylolithesis. The exercises I do are rather simple, and even as I gain strength and do more reps I only need 10 to 15 minutes a day to keep it up. Having this table so I don't have to roll out a mat and get up and down from the floor really makes it so convenient that I not only have no excuse to not do them, I don't care to make any. With the table set up it's a great way to wake up actually because I have an excuse to lie back down for a little bit and feel good about it. If you have back pain there are probably exercises you have been recommended or should be doing. You won't regret buying this table, and especially if you can leave it set up somewhere and available for convenient use. ... show more

This was so easy to set up and it is sturdy. The cushion is just the right amount of cushioning. I will have to do PT for the rest of my life and this makes it so nice, I no longer have to get down on the floor to do my exercises and I could adjust it to just the right height so my feet don't touch the floor, but it is not too high to climb onto, so I can do my sitting exercises.
