I purchased shu uemura ultimate reset repair shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner came in a sealed package. The shampoo came in an opened box with shampoo dripping down the sides of the container. It was gross!

The product had leaked out of the bottle. When you pay this much for shampoo I do not expect it to arrive in this condition.
