The insoles are helpful but they make wearing my shoes difficult simply for he fact that they lift my foot up and out of my shoe lol No biggie, but an honest observation. The size was good they fit well inside my shoe. My heel pain was less with them in , didn’t go away but certainly less. They were Easy to fit and easy to use . All in all a great product I jsut need deeper shoes ... show more

I love these memory foam inserts, I'm using them for work so my feet don't hurt. I want to order some for my boots and shoes. My sneakers are flat at the bottom and I think that's what makes my feet hurt. I might order my kids some if they experience foot pain. Maybe this problem is just me, so 3 stars even though they are useless to me. I wish I could tell before tried, arches are too high or not fitting my feet and so gives me lots of pain when I walk more than 5 minutes. They seem comfortable if that wasn’t the problem

I spend 12 hours at a time during my shift as a nurse. I need insoles that help reduce foot pain as well as leg fatigue. I have tried numerous brands over the years and just recently tried these. In addition to long shifts, I also walk between 3 and 5 miles a day for exercise. These insoles are the thickest ones I have tried so far. They prove extra cushioning where I need it in the arch portion of my foot and also in the ball of my foot. The only problem is they are so thick that I need to wear thin socks because they make my shoes feel a little tighter. I wear these in my Asics shoes. At the end of my shift, I notice my feet do not hurt and my legs are not as fatigued as when I do not wear them. These are my new go to insoles. ... show more

These are a great pair of cushioned insoles. I tried more expensive brands that claimed to be memory foam only to get paper thin regular foam inserts in a fancy package. These cam in a simple plastic bag and are much better quality and cushion than the more expensive brands, and they can be trimmed to custom fit any shoe size. ... show more

I had purchased some warm slippers but the soles on them was very thin so I purchased these to insert in them. When I rec’d them I was disappointed because they were thin. I thought I would give them a try & glad I did. They made my slippers very comfy now. Just the right amount of cushioning for your feet.
