This was just what I needed for my office chair. The rollers are strong and positioned nicely, so that it hits the right spots. It's very easy to set up, and very user friendly. There are several different setting for vibration and roller strengths. Or for specific spots that might need a little more attention. I like that it is well made and looks nice and not cheap. We are keeping this massage pad because they're all built the same way: with hard plastic balls that move and massage one's back. However, if I were to have a say in designing such a pad, I would suggest a firm foam for the balls. A little give would not affect the overall performance and it would greatly comfort the back as it is massaged! Also, there is no way you would keep this on a chair or couch once done, as it is not at all comfortable to simply sit upon or lean against. We will use it when our backs are sore, I think we will add layers of softness between our bodies and the massage balls, and we will remove it from where we sit when we are done. This is a product that definitely does what it claims: it massages, but many of us would prefer a more gentle option!!! ... show more
