I unplugged the alarm clock to put new batteries in it, and the part inside the clock that you plug into is now recessed into the clock. I can no longer plug it in. I've only had it a couple of months, and this is the first time I've unplugged it. Yes, it's loud. But unfortunately it seems to be disposable. Now I need to buy another alarm clock. ... show more

I am a heavy sleeper. When the alarm sounds, it shuts off automatically after 5 minutes, which is not enough to wake me up. That is my only beef with this clock.
