    • Love this little car, definitely worth the $20
My son is only 16 months old but is really into watching and chasing RC cars, and pushing little cars around. After getting one at Walmart for $10 and having 2 sets of batteries die in a week, I said to my husband, we need something with a rechargeable battery cause this think is gonna cost us a ton in batteries. I stumbled upon this one in my search for a battery operated RC car and said it's only $20 let's try it out. It arrived quick and the first battery was charged enough for us to test it out. It's a little more powerful than we expected, so inside my son is a little nervous of it cause it goes so fast. However, it makes it work great outside, so not really complaining about the power. And for a car with one rechargeable AAA battery I never expected it to have that kind of power. The only complaint I have about this little car is that you have to use the little screw driver provided to change the rechargeable battery and it only lasts about 20 minutes, so it's a bit of a pain. Also, it comes with 2 batteries that take 2 hours to charge but only last 20 minutes, so the most you get out of it at one time is 40 minutes. At 16 months old my son is definitely bored with it in 40 minutes, but his cousins (ages 14, 11, 4, 3, and 4 months) are here weekly and we never get enough battery life for them to play with it too. ... show more

    • Works great, but battery setup is terrible
Just gave this to my toddler for his birthday. He loves it. I can't comment on the durability yet, because we have only used it for a couple days, but so far it performs great. It's fast and works like you would expect. However.. THE BATTERY SETUP IS AWFUL!!! - You have to unscrew the battery cover every time you replace the battery. I can live with this. - The battery doesn't last very long. Maybe an hour. Not terrible, but not great either. - You plug in the battery to a weird usb charger, not a regular wall outlet charger. Luckily I already have a usb charge port. Most people have this I'm sure, but it's still inconvenient that I can't plug it into any outlet. - HERE IS THE DEALBREAKER! Trying to fit the battery into the little compartment. I feel like the battery will stop working soon because you have to jam it in really tight to fit in the compartment and the connector cord gets bent really bad every time you put the battery back in. Seriously, whoever engineered the battery system needs to be fired. They messed this up in a way that makes me think they purposely made it terrible. It's really that bad of a setup. I'm grateful that two batteries were included, which helps with the not-so-great battery life. However, because of how hard it is to change the battery out, it still sucks. I hope it holds up well, because my son loves it. ... show more

This car is so cool! It flips! It turns! It does wheelies! It flies over objects in a single bound! Seriously my kiddo loves it! His brother had an RC car so we got this stunt one for our 2-year-old. While, yes, he is a bit young and gets frustrated with the way it turns (you have to either go forward or back and then left or right at the same time), my older son (16) is able to get it to do all sorts of tricks! Now it is our go-to sometimes to get the kiddos (2 and 4) to get out some extra energy. They chase after it (it is really fast) and the house is full of giggles due to all the tricks or the immediate change of direction! It really is a fun little RC car! It also came with an extra set of rechargeable batteries, so when we run one set out we can charge them and keep the fun going! Got this stunt car for my active 7 year old grandson. This lil car has matched his energy level and beyond. We opened it Christmas morning and immediately got to play with it. Directions were simple, uncomplicated and loved that it came with not one but 2 batteries. It is super easy not only for an adult to plug in and charge but for him to do it himself. It charges fairly quickly and is wonderful that it comes with a second because you just can't get enough of the stunts it does. It goes over a multitude of terrain, including the wet grass and keeps on going. Never gets stuck and is adaptable for any level user. He giggled a ton when learning hoe to make it do it's tricks.     • Pretty good product for the cost
I bought this for an 8 year old's birthday and when he opened it his face lit up. He had been wanting a stunt car and his favorite color is blue. So...win! Now, as for the product itself, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the remote control. It is very cheap plastic. I mean very cheap. It is so lightweight and cheap feeling that I worry what will happen if he drops it. But the car,...the car is perfect. It performs just as it says it is supposed to and as others videos showed. I watched him play with it for a few moments and it took a little getting used to and then he had the hang of it. He was so happy and that was the most important part. We would buy another if this one holds up! ... show more
