After a couple communication hiccups, I got the "new baby" up and running. Although I'm an experienced sewist and have owned much higher end electronic machines, I decided to get back to basics with my new machine. I tested several sewing machines before deciding on this one. It is easy to understand, and works great. It has many useful types of stitches. It sews well on all fabrics, and things like elastic, zippers, and denim. Button holes are easy to make. I am very happy with my new machine.

Broke after a few uses. Says it has a 25 year warranty but the customer service number is not a real number. It is a scam. I never write these types of reviews but wanted to warn people.

Great machine for a beginner. Easy instructions to follow for set up, bobbin winding and using the different stitches available. Light weight and easy to move around or use for travel. Good for dressmaking or beginning quilting.
