One important note for fellow buyers: be mindful when assembling the chairs, as the front and back legs are slightly different. When my first box of chairs arrived it was missing the legs on one of the chairs. A hole had busted open in transit and they must have fallen out. I got in contact with the seller, and was so thankful that my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. I could not have been happier with the customer service from this seller! The chairs are lovely. Easy to put together (just screw on the 4 legs with the bolts and tool provided). The grey is a lovely medium tone grey that contrast perfectly with my beige side chairs (also purchased on Amazon) but don't darken/heavy the room. The upholstery is lovely and they appear well made. The cushion of the chair is on the hard side at the moment, but I'm convinced that with some use it will break in and soften up.
