I love this set, assembly was not difficult just didn't come with any instructions. One table leg came cracked but I went to customer support and it was easy to request a replacement. No word on how long it will take to get it though. One nail head trim on one cushion was missing, but we found match for it a the hardware store. Delivery scheduling was a little bit of a hassle, first two delivery dates were missed and we were given no notification. Third time it finally showed up. Even with these few minor items, it's a nice dining set. We were able to fix the leg enough for now, hopefully leg gets here before the holidays. ... show more

The table & chairs are beautiful and as pictured. The seat cushions are very firm, but comfortable. I’m sure they’ll “relax” over time. It’s hard to explain, but the seat backs are a little rough. The shirt I was wearing seemed to snag onto the back. I’m not sure why it’s like that, or if there’s a fix for it. When the box was delivered, it was in horrible condition. Filthy dirty, holes, tears, the packing tape was all “crunchy” and dried out. The majority of the tape was broken. The instructions were missing. Very disappointed with both Ashley and Amazon. Ordered this as we were very impressed with this dining set when we saw it at our friend's house. They got it from NFM. We also initially thought of getting it from NFM but local store went out of stock. But found this in Amazon. First, I was jittery ordering online but then ordered it as I always had good experience with Amazon. But I was wrong. Delivery box was broken. Delivery guy had to pick up each item from the box separately and deliver. I was afraid to assemble initially. But started to assemble after confirming with Amazon service. As we assembled, we found one or other issue in every part: Chips almost in every part; Some chair frames slots were such that you cannot fir the legs or seat cushions; Wood finishing on chairs was rough. It was pulling the clothes. Due to all these issues, we stopped assembling after 3 chairs. Note: Item said sold & shipped by Amazon. No reference to Ashley. So, not sure these issues are because of Amazon or Ashley. My friends bought it from NFM and had no issues. Amazon service issues: Called Amazon and asked for a replacement. To my surprise, they said this does not qualify a replacement. They asked me to return and order a new one. And by that time, they increased the price by $140. And when I asked to adjust price as per my old order, Amazon said they cannot offer that. I just have to buy new one at new price. After multiple chats, they offered me $5 gift certificate for a $700 item. Just wowwwwwww!!! Overall, very disappointed with this purchase. Will be returning. ... show more

I was really disappointed in the quality. It doesnt feel that strong. For the price it feels very cheaply made. Some of the chairs rock back and forth because the measurements don't add up. I really like the style and the color though but i dont know if i would recommend it
