It is so cute. I hope she likes it. It is made of a good quality metal. I don’t know exactly what kind of metal that it is, but it is very sturdy. You have to assemble it yourself with little to no effort. I did have to get my husband to help out a little, but just a little bit. It comes with simple directions and a little tool. Keep in mind that helmets and knee pads are suggested that you purchase separately. The media could not be loaded. I’m am so happy with the quality and design of this little bike. I bought it for my grandsons 2nd birthday. I realized after it arrived that the age suggestion was up to two years and thought maybe it wouldn’t work but he absolutely loves it and it’s perfect for cruising around the house or around the block. I wish that the seat and handlebars were slightly adjustable to grow with him a little but for now it’s pretty great. He learned quickly to maneuver and gain speed.
