The media could not be loaded. This product was delivered before expected. It came well packaged, I have not turned it on yet to test functionality but I’m hoping there will be no issues and works as expected. I’m excited to see it tonight in action with the water and lights. I’m very happy that I made this purchase after months of pondering and wanting to make sure I made the best decision. Fountain was easy to put together, the visual effects are great for the rushing waters. But the fountain is extremely quite during it’s operation. I wished it provided much more sound as the water falls.

    • Handsome Contemporary Design & Flawless Operation

I have bought any number of outdoor water fountains in recent years. Most of them had one or several design drawbacks and/or minor to major leaks and were eventually discarded. The SERBILHOME 39.3" fountain is without a doubt the best-designed and most handsome contemporary outdoor fountain I have ever purchased. It does have a few issues, however, so take courage and read on. This fountain is much lighter in weight than other makes of the same size, it was very simple to install, the manifold supplying the three upper levels was well regulated before delivery, and the operation has been flawless from the beginning. The owners manual is nicely written in very comprehensible English and features handsome graphic design. Water evaporation rate is very low, probably to some extent because it is located on a sheltered front porch and out of direct sunlight. There is no water splash out or leakage. Being able to control the pump and lights separately is a nice feature which is frequently not found in other much more expensive fountains. The illumination of the three rippling cascades at night is simply beautiful. All of which having been said, it does have a few design features which may not appeal to some buyers. The water flow is visually beautiful but virtually inaudible, so if you are looking for some babbling waterfall noise, you may find this fountain somewhat disappointing. If you are looking for soothing visual beauty alone, this fountain may be very much to your liking. There are a few minor issues: there is a VERY faint hum from the pump, although it is inaudible from more than a few feet away. In a very quiet indoor location, it may be annoying to some buyers. Further note: the three outlets on the manifold were thoughtfully labeled by the maker -- but on my sample, they were labelled incorrectly! Buyers will need to determine which outlet controls which level before attempting to adjust and equalize the flow rates on the three upper levels. Ask me how I learned this. Follow up: I subsequently bought two of the matching 35.43" fountains. These are essentially the same as the 39.3" model, except that they are 4" shorter and have only two upper levels rather than three. Most of my previous comments apply to the shorter model, but it has one annoying fault. Instead of having a screw-valve manifold to regulate the water flow to the upper levels, the shorter model just has an unregulated Y-connector -- the maker simply shoved a piece of plastic into one leg to reduce the flow to the lower level and equalize the flow to both upper levels. Unfortunately, this quick and dirty solution doesn't work very well and it is very difficult to regulate and balance the water flow. However, owners can purchase a ½" inside diameter Y-connector with two valves from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/Metaland-Brass-Shut-Off-Switch-Shaped/dp/B08FYQLCQX?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1 for $18 that will allow very accurate regulation of the water flow to the two upper levels. This solves the problem at a reasonable price, but It would have been nicer if the maker had not cheaped out and had supplied such a device with the fountain and saved the buyer the annoyance of engineering a retrofit solution. ... show more

After some research I purchased this waterfall for our patio. It is a great waterfall - exceeded our expectation! The pump, however, does not at all match the quality of the waterfall itself. It is a "cheapy". The flow rate changes throughout the day for no apparent reason. There are many "lookalikes" on the market- all with poor reviews. I found a great replacement pump at our local Harbor Freight store - Creekstone 110 GPH for $15. The flow is easier to adjust, the flow remains consistent, and it is quieter. AND IT IS MADE IN THE USA! ... show more

I have had this fountain for two months. We have it on the front porch that is covered. You do have to add about four cups of water every other day, because it's been 100 degrees and water evaporates. Everything has worked very well. A couple of weeks ago, I thought it was leaking. Water was puddling and the porch was getting wet. I reached out to the company, they emailed back that they could refund or send another one out, but to send pictures of the problem. I set it up without the included pebbles and started it. No leaks. I realized that the pebbles were diverting the water out of the fountain. Problem solved and now it's working great. ... show more
