Gorgeous. Only downside was a little broken piece. I got out the tweezers and super glue. Easily glued it back on and used a gold sharpie to fill in the little plaster that showed through. It was so minor it wasn't worth sending back. The fountain was a breeze to set up. If you like quiet, this is not for you. If you enjoy the sound of water you'll love it. I have it set up in my office/yoga room. If it was outside the natural sounds of outdoors would drown it out that heavy trickle sound quiet a bit. Definitely one of my favorite pieces! ... show more

I really love the look of this fountain, so when it arrived broken the first time, I sent it back for a replacement. When the replacement arrived broke, I still tried again and returned it, only to receive a 3rd broken fountain! Each was broken differently, but all of the types of breaks made the fountain non-functional. I have never been so disappointed. I really wanted this to work :-( ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m not an expert but paint can cheap off easily, it arrived in great condition but inside of water box bunch of cheap off paint but nothing on outside besides one little circle which I’m fine with. Came very very well packaged. Material is super lightweight but feels very cheap and painting especially doesn’t seem to be durable. Looks fantastic from far away, golden Buddha looks like gold so I really hope the paint stays on, the sound of water is solid stream which is very nice, I put close to the window because I have heavy traffic hope it will block the sound a bit. It seems expensive but comparing to other items of smaller size is very worthy the price, my guess they make tons on margin because material is cheap. Thanks I think it should be 5 stars if I didn’t worry about painting to cheap off soon ... show more

    • Gorgeous but sound dampening was needed
The media could not be loaded. I had previously a vertical wall fountain that you could barely hear a trickle and it was relaxing. This was a much more obvious water pouring into another water body and it was more than I thought was relaxing no matter what setting the pump was on. Finally I read about some musicians sound dampening for walls and bought a foot square tile. I had to trim it to fit into the fountain but it made a big difference and the other rocks and stones to 'catch' some of the waterfall momentum sounds. So far so good as you can see in the video of the newly quieted fountain. The fountain is easy to set up, it came packed in perfectly in a box and lots of foam packing - I was a little worried that it will come broken after seeing some of the reviews, but I am glad I took the risk - it was worth it! It’s very loud even on low. I bought this hoping the sound would be just as beautiful ! It makes you want to pee.
