Item came in a heavily damaged box. Assembly was quick and easy. Turned on the pump and hasn't worked right since. The pump doesn't fill the upper tier fast enough, no matter what setting I tried it on. For what we paid for this, it's not a good value. Customer service was non-existent. The major flaw is that the pump should have a auto-shut off when the water runs out. If you dont catch it in time the pump WILL burn out. Summer in Texas will be a daily fill. My item came with the top piece damaged that sits into the bottom. The plastic adapter was broken. I coudnt get the pump to engage. I think I got a returned unit . If I can get a response from CS I will change my rating. :I was contacted by Alpine and they jumped on the issue and replaced my unit. Very good service. " ... show more

How do I get the pump to lay on reservoir floor.? The tubing is too short by about 2 inches. It does lay on the floor inside this back hole, right? What am I doing wrong?

I love the overall construction, the colors were bright and attractive. However, it leaks and I could never find where the leak was coming from. So now I just sit it on my deck for decoration, without using the water feature. Would not recommend or buy it again for that reason.

I bought another Alpine fountain an$ was really disappointed. You buy a waterfall-fountain for the sound of water falling. The other one made no noise…This one is great. Helps muffle other outside noise and this is very relaxing- I love it. BTW- The video on this product sold me.

Bought this for my mother. She loves it. Water pump works well. Only potential issue is it’s a little too heavy, need to make sure it’s stable so the wind doesn’t knock it over
