We love this instant water feature in our backyard and have enjoyed it for a year and a half. Assembly and installation was incredibly easy (basically just placing it where we wanted it and plugging it in). It operates with no maintenance required and survived a very harsh winter. It is important to keep the reservoir filled with water so the pump doesn't burn out, but that's pretty simple. The soft lighting and soothing sound of the water have created a wonderful ambiance in our garden. Very disappointed when I put it together and filled it with water there were leaks and would hold water ! I contacted the seller and they wanted me to return but I could not due to not having the original box .. so I purchased flex seal and was able to fix the leaks myself ! FYI

The media could not be loaded. Update: We're giving this 4 stars mainly because of the customer service. This arrived damaged twice in a row, first with a 1-inch hole (pictured), and second after replacement no visible damage until we turned it on, but found significant leaking (see video). Customer service sent us a replacement once, and a refund after the second defect. In general, this looks nice, but the quality is inconsistent. The finish was significantly different on the two, one being cleaner and the other a bit sloppy. It had significant defects each time, so we don't feel it's a high quality product. I bought this fountain three months ago. So far, I have no complaint; its pump and lights are working fine with zero issues. It is running 10 hours every day very smoothly. I am using this fountain outside in my garden, so water splashes are not my concern. It is durable, as it is facing rain and hot temperature very well. Its color is not fading under the sun. The fountains electrical and pump work Great! BUT, the opening provided on the back to route the electrical cable and to fill it with water does not have a cover to it. Consequently anything could crawl inside of it. From snakes to mice and anything that is 5" in diameter or less. The top bowl that contains the water tube comes detached from the factory so you can connect it to the pump. The only problem is that the bowl does not fit well to the rest of the fountain. The factory could have done a better job. Overall I can only rate it 3 Stars. Does it look nice...YES but a few minor changes could easily rate it a 5 Star! ... show more

Very light weight and poorly constructed. Finish is poor quality and fades quickly. Will Not withstand any weather conditions.
