Easy assemble. Just take it out of the box, hook the tubing to the pump and plug in. I have had it running on my patio and have not had any splash. Just evaporation. I only run it when I am on the patio for 1 week and have not filled it, but it did rain and that helped. Some tips, it has two plugs, one for lights and one for pump. I plugged them into a dual outdoor Amazon smart plug and turn it off and on with the Alexa app on my phone. I also have a drip irrigation system nearby. I have a outlet I can put in the water well and continuously add water when my sprinklers come on. Also, in the product information it says the water sound is 80-90 decibels. That is incorrect. It is a very nice background water sound. Does not disturb conversation. Very zen, when you are up to 15 feet away. Further than that, it is harder to hear. I am updating this as it appears that the pump is now working as it should and the water is flowing well. I will also add that after I posted my original review, the company reached out and offered a refund for having to purchase a new pump. I did not need to take them up on it as the pump has been securely in place for the past couple of days. First, the product is exactly what we were looking for. It looks great. The pump isn’t too loud, and the gurgling water is a nice addition to our patio. The only issue is that the top piece isn’t a snug fit. It’s a little wobbly. The bigger story is that this is the second unit we received. The first one had a small hole in the seam and didn’t hold the water. As soon as we contacted the company, though, they were quick to respond and send a replacement. ... show more

Removed from packing container, attempted to assemble. The assemble would be very easy, however, the connecting wires for the light portion of the fountain were jammed on the inside of the fountain could not get them out. Apparently the connecting cord was caught on the upper part of fountain could not reach with had, not could wife with smaller hands ending up getting cuts on hand from all the sharp pieces of fountain interior ... show more

I love my little fountain! It was delivered quickly and was pretty easy for me to set up by myself. The instructions weren't the clearest, however, it's pretty easy to figure it out especially if you've ever set a water pump up before. The sound of the water is so relaxing. I have it outside on a deck and haven't had any problem with leaking, although for some reason when I leave it running overnight, it's usually wet around the front of it. I think it just splashes out, so for that reason, I wouldn't use it for indoors. It looks really pretty at night with the lights, and I usually leave both the fountain and the lights on most of the time b/c the outlet they plug into is difficult to to get them inserted.
