The media could not be loaded. **Update** The seller is sending a replacement pump so hopefully it will work. I was so excited to receive this fountain. I really liked the look of it. Unfortunately not all of the bubblers would work, the top two wouldn't put out any water at all and there was no customer service number anywhere in the instruction book or box to call for help, only an email.
