I was hoping that the light would turn out ok and it’s even better than I could have imagined. Follow the instructions that are enclosed so that you don’t run the risk of damaging your light. I can’t wait to put it up on the wall! It seems very sturdy but again it’s a light so it’s still fragile.

Good quality and dear gods it's bright

We have zero complaints. Firstly, the customization options are easy - pick your size, how many characters, pick your color and pick your options. Second, it's fast. We were given a time of 3 weeks for custom build and delivery; we received it in 1.5 weeks. We were expecting the quality of "neon" you
see in big box stores in their novelty area. Right out the box, you could see there was quality in this. We bought the chain hanging kit instead of wall mount which was the better choice IMO. You not only get the forward light, but the color also backfills the wall behind it. Plus, it is insanely bright! We got the line dimmer option with our order and it turned out to be a smart choice. Perfect addition to a bedroom, game room or computer room.

If I was this company I would be charging way more for this. I’m soooo happy with my purchase!!! The color can get as bright as you need it to be, the material is very high quality, and honestly, it could t be prettier!
