This back machine was easy to assemble. It came packaged very well. It has good adjustments for height and arm length. I am 5.11 and it has plenty more room for adjustments. This is a pretty good row machine, for what it is. It took about an hour and a half to assemble. The only issue about it is that you have 2 sets of spring collars to hold the weights on. It is inconvenient for quickly adding and removing weights. However, if you are the type to use one weight for the entire workout, then you're good. This wouldn't be an issue. If you vary your weight during your workout, then it's a little more involved. Either way, great product as always from Syedee. I have 6 of their machines and they are all great! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is very sturdy and it was easy to assemble. the range of motion is just right. I have a pulley system in my gym, but this machine hits the areas I want better. This is a perfect item to have in a home gym. Seat adjusts smoothly. So easy to adjust the weight. We have an adult make who is 6'8" and he is able to use this machine. This machine is great for a home gym! Easy to follow instructions, took under an hour to assemble (it will be easier with a socket wrench). Pulls very smooth, feels balanced and sturdy. The media could not be loaded. I have had a lat pull-down machine with a floor cable for many years. Recently I began experiencing pain in my knees and lower back when using the floor cable for rows. I once used a seated rowing machine in a hotel gym many years ago, so I decided to see what was available on Amazon. I ordered this machine and have been using it for almost two months. I am very happy with this purchase. The machine is sturdy. In the video I have 50 pounds on each arm of the machine. In my workouts I currently use 120 pounds on each arm. With this weight the machine is stable and the motion is smooth. Assembly was straightforward.
