I just got my first bottle of this one and I am pleased with it thus far. With any vitamin it will take about 3 weeks to notice a difference but with this one I noticed a difference in my skin within a week. The taste is not all that good, but the benefits outweigh the taste, so I grunt through it. I saw on another review to mix it with black seed oil to avoid the taste and so far, that has worked wonders for me. I am on week two and besides my skin being the clearest it has been in YEARS I have not noticed any additional benefits but just my skin clearing up is enough for me to purchase a 2nd bottle before I run out. So you get a sense of how long it takes to finish the bottle, I received this June 10th 2024, it is now July 8th and i have finished the entire bottle. I take it directly from the dropper and never mix it into anything because it tastes good. I personally haven't noticed much of a difference in my daily life (TMI warning lol)....... besides having daily bowel movements. Embarassing to talk about, i know lol but i noticed another review mentioned this about the product and i assume thats what it has done for me too. Other than that i dont notice any difference, but i still take it for any unseen internal benefits it might have. Im kind of a simpleton😂 in terms of me not being a very observant person in general when it comes to my body and its functions, so im sure it makes it hard for readers of this review to make a decision off of what i say about it. Sorry about that😅. One negative i can say about this though, it that the dropper only sucks the product up to the 50ml line (like shown in the pictures). I cant get it to fill the entire dropper, so i just take 4 pumps to the 50ml line for it to equal the recommended dose of 2mls per day. I also wish the price was less than 20 dollars, but it is what it is🤷♀️ ... show more
