You can see the difference in the tool on the right that works and this one I bought here that almost broke my new machine. It’s too long. Be careful!

    • Smooth scoring stylus
My wife does lots of paper crafting and I selected this stylus for her. She says it works great with her large or small scoring boards - she is able to make envelopes or do complex paper folding after scoring. This stylus is pen shaped with a smooth tip to avoid tearing the paper.

    • Doesn’t fit properly
The media could not be loaded. I’m new to cricut and recently obtained a Maker 3. I ordered this while stocking up on tools. Just tried using it last night and today. It pops right out of the clamp when any pressure is applied! Literally flies through the air! The only use I have for it now is using it as a hand tool. Just get scoring wheels, that’s what everything I’ve tried making recommends anyways. ... show more

On 3 out of 4 tries, the scoring tool ripped 80lb cardstock while using a Cricut Explorer Air 2. The setting was “cardstock”. Requesting a return and hoping that Cricut brand will not have same issues.
