The coverage was very even across my just below shoulder length hair vs my go-to product I've been using for years. My hair feels good and healthy upon drying and styling it. I've been dying my hair for over 30 years. This is one of the better brands. It works well, even on gray. Color is good and last longer than many other brands. Smell isn't bad as many, but is still there. My biggest complaint is the gloves they provide. They are far superior to what their competitors provide. They never protect my hands. Even when use petroleum jelly before putting on. The dye seeps through and stains my hands. It takes forever to wear off. I recommend this color, but use your own gloves. ... show more
