Don't listen to the negative reviews, the stethoscope and cuff works wonderfully, and is shockingly good quality. I needed this to practice at home for my class, and i do not regret it at all, ive become such a pro at taking blood pressure. Stethoscope isn't the loudest but it's not so bad either, just need to be in a quiet space to hear. The only downside is the stethoscope diaphragm isn't flat so it can be hard to place under the cuff when taking bp, but its not a big deal. Better than other expensive brands tbh. This is a really nice set at a great price and I love the purple color. Everything fits nice and neatly inside the storage bag. This is very sturdy and well made. I got this to give as a present to my mother who works in a doctors office. Not only did she get a lot of compliments from her co workers there was a bit of envy too. The Stethoscope is crystal clear and easy to hear. It's also very soft and light weight. The ear pieces are very comfortable. The only issue was the first time it was removed from her ear the silicone piece popped off and flew across the room. It just had to be put back on and pushed in tighter. The dial is the largest I've ever seen. Which makes it very easy to read the numbers. No glasses or squinting needed. You get what you pay for. It claimed it had a d ring. It did not. Without a d ring it's practically impossible to get the tightness correct especially to take your own BP. Stethoscope was cheaply made and horribly uncomfortable plus I could barely hear anything through it. I've heard better through a child's toy stethoscope! And it was better made! ... show more

Stethoscope is nice and the Cuff works good but the clip on the Guage broke before I even used it 10 times. Make a heavier duty clip and it'll have 5 stars♡
