This thing is so versatile and can be used in many ways. I love that I can now have one appliance as apposed to a blender and a food processor that takes up extra space. So far everything I have done with it has exceeded my expectations. My only advice is be cautious which way you twist it off when you have liquid in it. My daughter had a mishap so we now ensure she doesnt over turn and unscrew the bottom. I had no issues with it, however she finds a way to oopsie things way too easily. there is suction cups on the bottom of the base keeping it secure, we had to get use to that, but now that we are we love the feature. this item gets used a few times a week from making milkshakes to chopping things up for cooking or even my powdered homemade laundry detergent pods I make. it makes powdering the bar soap so easy . there is a pulse feature that helps when doing a small amount of stuff where you dont want to puree it. and various speeds for all of my uses. I would definitely recommend this product for someone wanting a nice and efficient blender and food processor ... show more

Alot smaller than expected but works for individual use or for a couple, would not recommend for a while family. I've used the pitcher blender once and it did not blend the ingredients together completely even after shaking it and starting it again multiple times. The smaller individual cups for blending worked as expected tho. I have yet to use the food processor but I'm assuming that works well too. Definitely a good purchase if you live by yourself or with a partner. ... show more

Git this for Christmas, used it for the 1st time today fresh out of the box and packaging....the moment I turned it on...IT LEAKED, STARTED SMOKING AND CAUGHT FIRE!!!! THERE IS EVEN AN ATTACHED DISCLAMER INSODE PRODUCT TO BE AWARE THAT IT WILL OVER HEAT AND SMOKE!!! It's a WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I was so excited to get this product . I decided to make smoothies for my family . I unpackaged everything and got it all ready to use . Went to use it and it can be a challenge to make sure that it’s locked into place , at one point it came loose and while making a smoothie . I no long use this to make smoothies . I using the other parts to make things like salsa and things . That’s probably my favorite part about it ! ... show more

I had a blender, juicer, cofffee grinder and a food processer taking up alot of space on my counter. With this blender I was able to put all of those items away, so now I have a lot more counter space. When I blend or chop anything that will put a lot of stress on the motor I use the pulse mode first to make it more easy on the blender. I like this blender, but I'm not sure how easy it will be to get replacement parts for this unit. This blender has worked well for me, and I really like what a space savor this item is. ... show more
