Nothing to dislike at this price point, at least for how I use them. They are great little poles. Only used them one weekend so don't know how they'll hold up long term. Strong, not wobbly, little to no play at the connection points.

These fit in a typical backpack, though I do not need to pack them. They are very sturdy and compact enough to pack wonderfully into my camping vehicle taking up less space than the tarp they're used to hold up after use. June 2023 edit: Used these out west this spring to support a tarp awning attached to my van. They held up during a "derecho", which had 60-70mph winds. Was quite a gusty spring overall, and they held up great. Adding a star. Original review: These are the "Increase Thickness" poles. Despite the name, the metal is really thin, and I couldn't trust them to withstand moderate winds or rain. Took some wooden dowels and cut them down to fit inside each section, which makes a big difference in stability without adding too much weight (couple of ounces per assembled pole). ... show more
