I bought this to secure the frame of my greenhouse/solar-shade for my garden. The size is perfect for fitting over a 2x2, 2x3 or 2x4 lumber on the narrow edge. When I first installed them, I thought that I should've got some that were about 4 inches longer, but they've done their job perfectly through several wind storms and now I think they're perfect. Probably the only thing I can think of that I would change is that they should have thicker galvanizing, similar to hot-dipped galvanized bolts. The galvanizing on these stakes is better than cheap zinc plating, but I expect it will last only a couple years instead of a couple decades like hot-dipped galvanizing. ... show more
