We have a privacy tent and also a mosquito tent and the stakes they give you are just cheap aluminum ones and they don’t work worth a darn unless you are in grass with very soft dirt and no rocks. Get a bunch of these for camping trips and you’ll never have a problem. We’ve had to resort to gathering large rocks to help hold our tents in place because the ground is too hard. Heavy duty tent stakes, worth the price, used for tents and an easy up canopy. Comes with a hook to remove them if they are in hard earth. If you hit a rock I had one bend a bit but learned to work around that.

I bought these stakes to properly stake down a screenhouse and a gazebo. The manufacturers also provide skinny short "stakes" with their products that are rather useless if a good gust of wind comes up. These stakes are long and sturdy.
