Purchased the larger 6-10 person tent. I have a family of 6 and want to start introducing them to camping. Want to start of by saying the size of this tent is very nice easy will fit our family. And the air beam design is awesome. Other than that this tent Is not at all worth the price of 1000.00 dollars. There is one paragraph of set up instructions and no customer service information. A tent I'm spending that much on it better be detailed on the setup and have a number I can call for questions. Absolutely nothing. Says there is a warranty but again no contact info. After spending an hr and half setting it up and putting the 50 plus stakes in the ground it is a good looking tent. Realized the bottom back window in the main living area is completely open to the outside other than an overlap of outside tent material. Very easy for snakes to get into. Says there is mesh for a vent but there is not. Then the worst part. The reason I went all in and bought this expensive tent was the crazy good water proof rating. I wanted something that I didn't have to worry about taking camping in the rain. We set it up in our yard for a test run and it started raining. It did rain hard but with little wind and the thing leaked through the closed window in the bedroom and in the closed window in the main living area. I'll be sending this back. My husband and son took this tent camping and love it! It was so much faster to set up than any of our other tents and took seconds to inflate. It took about a minute to have it fully assembled. It is a really sturdy and well made tent and we are very impressed.
