This water gauge looks great. Unfortunately, it reads backwards. And there's no way to correct the problem. This gauge Has to match the sending unit or it will not work. I wish they would have told me that before I purchased.

I purchased and installed this item for water tank application exactly as instructed by the page of directions. The problem is that the gauge reads backwards (eg: "E" when tank is full and "F" when tank is empty). I've tried reversing the polarity with no change. HELP!
