    • Faulty gauges
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this unit so I could have access to more gauge information. Unfortunately none of the gauges work everything just flashes. Random numbers edge support has been no help. We’ve tried multiple firmware updates and no luck. Edit Update * After 3 months I have received a replacement and it has the same issues. They told me to upload the new log files and their engineers will get back to me in a month. ... show more

    • do not buy this tuner!!!!!!!! it blew up my engine
i bought the cts3 after i tried 3 different cs2 tuners on my ford f-150 eco-boost. none of the three would program the power levels so they sent me a cts3 which i installed on my truck with no problem thinking that things were fine until i tried pulling an 8000 pound trailer. after pulling the trailer for 100 miles in tow mode useing 91 octane fuel with no problem and without any warning my truck engine litteraly blew up all at once. burnt down four of six cylinders, melted spark plugs, and burnt heads and rings. the service tech said that he had never seen anything like that before. the cause was pre ignition failure which basicly means that the tuner was calling for more fuel which caused the burn down. i had proof from the ford dealership and other tuner techs stateing that the tuner was at fault but edge products would not stand behind there product stateing that it was my spark plugs that cauced it. the said that my plugs were faulty and had not been changed. my truck had 44,000 miles on it but ford does not recommend spark plug change until 100,000 miles . my truck was serviced regularly and maintained very well. edge products did nothing to help me. i should have not used the cts3 after i tried 3 cs2's and they would not program. i read good reviews about the tuner so i took a chance and boy did i loose. had to pay for a new engine out of pocket. my advice to you is DO NOT BUY AN EDGE TUNER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more
