This is the best steamer ever! I have a small dress shop and my employees need to steam our clothes on display to keep them wrinkle-free and fresh. It stays on the whole day and it never failed us! This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one. ... show more

I Love the look of this steamer, unfortunately I can't really say anything else, well anything good. I'm DONE with ordering a steamer online, this is the second steamer I've purchased, the first one was busted, and now this steamer is a total disappointment too. It worked great for two days, now it leaks water on the items I'm steaming, the power shuts off while still using, and now I can't even get it to work. Very disappointed in this product, water tank is tiny, the steam flow is very un even, will not have any steam and then all of a sudden a ton of water will pour out of the steaming head burning you and soaking everything around it… contacted customer service to have it repaired or replaced… nothing was offered… still have this broken junk ... show more

This is my first steamer and I picked it because of the pedal control due to my back issues. It also matches our house decors because of the gold and black color. I love how the steam is very strong and the product looks and feels super high quality, like very premium looking! The steam is super strong and it heats up fast. I have been SO impressed with this steamer. The quality is absolutely worth the investment. I bought a different model initially and was underwhelmed. Made the swap and so glad I did. Very easy to use, high steam production. The extra tools make working on shirts/pants so simple. You will watch the wrinkles somply disappear in a matter of minutes from your clothes. Yeah, not impressed especially for the price. People wrote some really nice reviews, but I just don’t see it. I have a handheld to cost 20 bucks that I think puts out more steaming works better. I bought something so it would be faster for me and I don’t find it. It’s any better than a handheld except I don’t have to fill it up as often, the worst part is it sounds like a freaking popcorn machine. It makes so much damn noise.
