Easy to assemble. Warms up quickly. Lightweight. I have never had a steamer so I had no expectations or comparisons. Nevertheless, I am happy with the streamer. I use it to steam out wrinkles or fold lines from clothing that already has been pressed. It does that well. I also steam wool and cashmere to prevent moths. The media could not be loaded. As a reseller, this steamer has been a game-changer! Steaming and prepping multiple clothes at once saves me tons of time. Plus, the wheels and big water tank make it a breeze to use, especially when I'm juggling a bunch of items. The wheels make it easy to roll and move around.     • Hot steam and large steam surface with long hose
Steam got hot quickly. Steam wand surface was large for covering better space. Hose was nice long length but stand could have been better height, was a bit short for my purposes. Didn’t try all the attachments yet. Tank was cracked when received and leaks when trying to use. Thought I could repair it with waterproof sealer and tape but wouldn’t work so I had to use it while it sat on a beach towel. Bought it to do steaming for a wedding so didn’t have time to return the whole thing and wait for new. Contacted the company for replacement tank and they say they’ll send one. I’ll update once I can really use it without the issues but for now just looking forward to a new tank. I’m optimistic it’ll be an excellent working machine once the tank is replaced. ... show more

This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one. ... show more

Very disappointed in this product, water tank is tiny, the steam flow is very un even, will not have any steam and then all of a sudden a ton of water will pour out of the steaming head burning you and soaking everything around it… contacted customer service to have it repaired or replaced… nothing was offered… still have this broken junk ... show more

This is my first steamer and I picked it because of the pedal control due to my back issues. It also matches our house decors because of the gold and black color. I love how the steam is very strong and the product looks and feels super high quality, like very premium looking! The steam is super strong and it heats up fast. This has really strong steam. Got this for my mom but ended up using it more for myself. My mom loves the pedal control. I love the retractable cord because I dont need any more power cord tangles around the house. I think the cord is long enough.
