we are processing chickens and turkeys. the scale handled our 30 lb. turkey just fine. calculates price accurately. the power cord broke the second-year bur luckily the battery has kept it going.

Good scale for the price.
This scale works great for what I use it for. Not the highest quality but I just use it for repacking large quality of food into smaller packs for my household and it works great for that! Some venison processing but limited to residential use. Had it over a year still accurate! Battery still works.
Just don’t think you are getting a commercial grade scale.

Cheaply made, broken when arrived, bent & misaligned parts
Cheaply put together. Right out of the box I noticed one of the parts was broken, on of the rubber feet that hold up the tray. I needed a scale badly and I didn't have time to return it, so I used contact cement to hold it. The cord is good quality compared to other more expensive scales, but that is
the only thing on it that seems to be high quality. The buttons seem cheap, and the display is not straight in the base, so I'm not sure how water resistant it is when spraying it with sanitizer to clean it. The stainless tray was not straight on the base even before I glued the foot that holds up the tray. It usually works ok, but after it is turned on for a while (anywhere from a few minutes to an hour) it needs to be re-zeroed again. It usually adds .02-.08 lbs randomly. If you don't notice it before using it, you will be off! I wouldn't trust it if you needed an accurate scale! UPDATE: After a month of using this scale, it now doesn't get out of zero as often while just sitting, but it still does happen occasionally while using it. Also, mine will not register 2.00 lbs. It goes from 1.99 to 2.01 lbs. The last digit is always a zero, it never changes, so that is misleading.

I purchased this to use in our mobile business. First of all upon opening the box the plug in adapter isn’t even made for American outlets. Messaged the buyer and no response. I got another adapter that would work and still planned on using it. Once setup to use and cleared it to weigh properly it is
WAY off on the weight. This is completely useless to me and NO response from the seller! DO NOT WASTE your money or time.

Overall appearance is nice. This unit came scratched as seen in the photos. Other than that it operates good and weights seem to be spot on. Other than the scratches on a brand new item, it would have gotten 5 stars.

Great value! Great battery life
Update months into using this scale still going strong. I wanted to update because I just realized I'm still on the first charge. Probably around 20 hours of use. I am very good at turning it off during long periods of not using. Only a few weeks in but so far it's great. Light weight. Bright display
. I am a meat cutter I use it to portion pick5 for $19.99 works like a charm especially for the price.

GREAT scale for the money.
Great scale for the money. Works perfect for required purpose. Works just as well as more expensive scales. The ONLY reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that the weighing tray was bent up at the corners. I emailed the company a few times and did not get ANY response. I would be a little worrie
d that if there were a major problem, it may not have been resolved. We just bent the tray to straighten it out and all is fine now.

First one came in defective, it turned on, but wouldn't register any weights. Company stood by product and sent me a new one, yes this one worked. Nothing or no one is perfect. The keyboard no longer responds to touch after less than 2 months of use, but of course the window for return has expired. And now after just 6 months the scale no longer works. This is the second one that has lasted less than 8 months. Guess I am done with this brand of scale

I’m a reseller and need to creat label for packages. The kitchen scale is too small sometimes if I have large package to send out. This really helps me. Quality is good,price is great. I have use this for about 2 month so far so good.

Very Pleased After - Going Four Years

Works well and is accurate. Used brass weights to verify accuracy. Good battery life. No instructions provided so I had to play with all the buttons to figure it out. Took a while. Only weighs in lbs not ounces. UPDATE... It does weigh in ounces, It took me a while to figure it out. On the negative s
ide though, the battery gave out and would no longer charge after just a few weeks of LIGHT daily service. Still works well on AC. Two pegs on the bottom of the tray which fit into the scale body came off after about two weeks of service. Spend the extra money and get a better scale.
