I didn’t expect much, especially given the price. We recently got a new travel trailer that was ready for plug and play rearview camera installation (furion). Not really wanting to sell out the price for the namebrand model figured I’d give this a shot. Installation was pretty straightforward, and the image quality was great. The only thing that was a little bit different than expected was that it did not sit inside of the Furion enclosure. That said, the adapter panel fit well and still installed really quickly It truly was plug-in play, the unit shipped with an adapter for the pre-wired pigtail My trailer had the power source tapped off the running lights, so I was able to jumper the seven way plugged to send power to the lights while it was parked. This worked great for set up and troubleshooting I wish I knew how good this unit was and I would’ve ordered a two pack. Nothing to dislike only to like. When I ordered I received quickly, all in tack. I could tell by the weight of the package, it wasn't junk. When I opened all parts packed well, including installation instructions and link to video to help installation and use go well. I installed on rear of my 36' RV fifth wheel, more that 50' from the monitor in cab. View was clear and sharp. First camera comes already paired, so all I did was turn on after easy install, to see what was behind me. I have since purchased 3 more cameras to use with the system. Only issue was where did I want to install. What I like best with rear camera is not only seeing what is behind as I travel, but fantastic, day and night when passing vehicles on freeway. No more guessing when it is safe to pull back into lane. Any questions I had from emailing service with questions, was quick and always helpful. When I was having problem with rear camera pausing while traveling, they immediately diagnosed it was a distance problem from cab to rear camera. Within a couple days, a booster antenna was at my doorstep. No charge. Just remove one antenna on of back of monitor, attach booster antenna. No more problem. There were a few more bumps in the road, questions or misunderstanding on my part. I always got a quick response, and they always solved my issue, beyond the call of duty.
