Used this on my amp cabinets and it looks fantastic! I doubt I ever use tolex an amp for myself ever again. I used a 9" blue foam stippling roller and got nice, even finish. Two coats gave me plenty of coverage and seems very durable. I used the same stuff years ago on my pickup bed and had no issues so I figured it would work just as well on my amp. Especially since its just gonna sit in the corner of my room. To prep the cabinets I scrubed the boxes with some 80 grit and and thoroughly vacuumed off all the dust. I also bought a can of tan color to mix with it. I did. 3 light coats and a couple heavy coats. I think it turned out pretty well. I used a little over half a gallon. So far I’m super pleased!

The stuff is great, but Amazon packaging gets a D-. This can was shipped in an unpadded plastic bag. Driver threw it on the driveway. Lucky it didn’t break open.

The media could not be loaded. This is a a latex rubber type paint. Sand and prep bed. I used Rust-Oleum primer on the bare metal. Blew out dust and wiped down with thinner. Cleans up with soap and water. I put 2 coats down on a 6ft bed
