The media could not be loaded. I’d give it a five if it wasn’t so difficult to install and missing a few screws. Positives: *Stunning and absolutely gorgeous looking fan! *Quiet. *Has low, medium, high speed. And love the remote! Negatives: *Several screws were missing. *And the hardware plate that you install is not standard, so my nephew had to drill holes to align with the plate sent. *Difficult to install *The lights are super bright- two settings-white and a yellowish. This isn’t necessarily bad- but more bright than I expected. Someone else may love this! *You have to hang each chandelier “ball” individually. It comes with the pins to do so. *I am considering buying 3 more retractable blade fans (not this particular one), and when I asked my nephew if he would hang the others, he said “no.”...lol Suggestions: *If you aren’t a handyman per say, hire an electrician to install or if you have a friend or relative. I paid my nephew who is an electrician to install the fan. *Time consuming! *Use an electric screws driver *Have extra screws on hand Would I but it again? *Absolutely! It is the coolest and most nifty fan I’ve ever seen! And it is gorgeous!! And worth the money to pay someone to install it. ... show more

This "fandelier" is absolutely STUNNING!! Everyone that has seen it is WOWED! I will give it a FIVE everyday...but we had one issue...not with the fan, but an electrical inspector. He's been a real pain! An electrician installed the chandlier/fan with NO issues. We had our home completely rewired, which requires an electrical permit. The inspector won't sign off our project because there was not a UNDER WRITER LABORATORY (UL) Sticker on the "fandelier". Therefore; if you have an electrical permit, you might want to wait and let the electrician install after the sign off process. ... show more

I absolutely love my new fandelier!!! It’s so beautiful, delicate and luxurious! It gave my bedroom the final touch it needed to complete the look I was going for. It has 3 different light settings which I love!! The fan is really awesome too! Very powerful with each setting. So far just had it installed one day ago (which was kinda tricky because of the way these new gadgets are built and home structures as well, took 2 hours to install) so hopefully I don’t have to edit my review, but I do love my purchase!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The hardware included does not meet the US standards! I can not hand the "fandalier" It states in the directions NOT to use any other bracket except the one supplied BUT it doesn't meet US standards of 4-inches. I have reached out to this seller 3 times via email but to no avail! I want to give an update to my review. I seller did reach out to me. They were very friendly and helpful and eager to offer suggestions. I won't lie, it was a challenge to hang! After working through the obstacles' we couldn't be more pleased! It is BEAUTIFUL! The fan is absolutely silent when running and the hue of color the crystal balls give off at night when the light is on is stunning! ... show more

The light is stunning. Beautiful prisms that sparkle around the room. When the fan is turned on low, it starts to unfold as it rotates. The faster the speed the further the blades go out. It certainly gives off a nice breeze. As my husband was installing it, one of the prisms broke off, but was easily glued back on. Some of my family don't like it in my bedroom, but I love it! ... show more
