The media could not be loaded. I ordered this fan in Dec.2021 and writing this review in July 2024. Fan is good quality and very beautiful to look at when the lights are on. It worked without any issues so far but last month the LED lights stopped working. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent replacement parts which solved the issue. The product is well wrapped. I was afraid there would be broken pieces when I opened the box; this was not the case. The person who installed the fixture took his time to make sure it was secure. If one has only sheetrock, think about reinforcing the light before installation as it is a bit heavy. The installer also had to pull the installation up on YouTube to see how it was done. It required about 3-4 hours. Maybe it was just his taking his time BUT I know it is securely in place since he did. The fixture does not wiggle when the fan is on nor should it. I did notice my guy using a very long screw driver to tighten the screws in the upper middle section where the lights are located. On YouTube, the guy used an average sized screw driver---go figure. The lighting is pretty bright but a light dimmer may take care of that, I am not sure. I was afraid it would look too hotel-like but that was not the case. I had friends over for dinner that same evening, all they could say was "absolutely stunning". The fan is strong and creates a good, cool breeze. The remote is simple enough to understand and work. The remote is white in color, I found that odd as I was expecting it to be black--no big deal. Whoever does your installation, should use the gloves that are provided to reduce the smear marks from the oil of the hands but my guy didn't use gloves that came in the box and now I have smear marks, I will clean the fixture. I think he was afraid of dropping something if he used the gloves. Now that I think about it, I would rather clean it myself than have something slip from his hands with the gloves any way. The balls were easy to put on the fixture. It may be a good idea to have someone string the balls and hand them to the installer as that is what I did. It will work faster for you. There were two balls left over that I put away in case one breaks. the ties that hold the balls are sturdy and I have some left over. I would recommend this product to any person who wishes a certain elegance in their home. Let the installer take his time (check YouTube), make sure your ceiling can handle the weight, and if your installer would rather not use the gloves for a better grip, so be it. Adan ... show more

I originally posted a review of this product that stated my frustration at the complexity of how to assemble and install this item. Last week I hired an electrician to install. I would recommend attaching the fan to a sturdy stud beam to ensure that it is not going to wiggle when the fan is on. My other recommendation is that the manufacturer consider much lighter crystals. The ones that come with the product are heavy, I actually purchased much lighter crystals on Amazon. The end result is I LOVE THE PRODUCT. It is simply beauty over my dining room table. ... show more

The 1st one was a dud and didn't work out of the box but the seller quickly sent a replacement which worked flawlessly. As a chandelier it looks really elegant and as a fan, it is super quiet and efficient. Excellent seller and excellent product. Highly recommend.

This fan is beautiful, well made & very quiet. I had to wait almost a year to get it installed and there was an issue with the receiver. But after a few replacement parts the fan is absolutely a sound purchase. RuiWing Customer service worked with me like I had just bought the fan yesterday, and they never charged me for the replacement parts or shipping. They stayed in close contact & even my installer was amazed. The installer said the fan was so well made & that he wanted one himself. He also said it wasn't a hard install for him but for safety's sake with the crystals, he brought in a second person to help him put the glass cover in place. Yes, it's bright, so we use the warm setting. In a very large setting the brightness would be just right but I have a medium sized living room, so it's a lot of light... but I love it. No wobbles & no noise & so beautiful. Thank you so much, RuiWing, for all your support & your help! You performed above & beyond your call for support, & thank you so much for your patience.
