I am clearly disappointed after opening the outer box. The inner box was absolutely trashed and missing items. The Fairlead, mounting hardware, hook and cotter/ pin were all missing. The Styrofoam, appeared as if someone just threw the box, it is slightly heavier winch, but now I have a mess on my hands. Installed in a Rough Country Hidden Mount on a 21 Bronco. Barely fits, but fits. Seems solid. Description states IP 68 waterproof and a 5 year warranty which is better than others. I contacted Rugged Ridge about warranty registration, they said warranty is through Omix-Ada, we'll see if that works if needed. ... show more
